TRAINOSE strives to upgrade the quality of its services, as well as to plan and provide new options to the passengers, in order to enhance their travel experience.

TRAINOSE is going to launch a reward program for the passengers who will choose to travel with its trains. The rewards program will offer benefits and services that transform travel into a unique experience.

The company works towards the upgrade of the current services while new are expected to be added to TRAINOSE’s services package. These are:

  • Upgrading of the electronic ticket issuance (web, mobile app).
  • Upgrading of in-rail restaurants.
  • Car transfer service between Athens and Thessaloniki.
  • Small unaccompanied packages transfer from Athens to Thessaloniki and vice versa.
