Ticket Telephone Reservations

Getting on board is just a phone call away!  Call 14511 and reserve a seat for the service you wish up to 72 hours prior to your train departure

Through 14511

TRAINOSE upgrades its services and offers the passengers the choice to make telephone reservations through the TRAINOSE Customer Service Telephone Centre (phone number:  14511).

The passenger provides a name and an ID number and is given a reservation code. With this reservation code and the ID card, passengers may purchase their tickets from the ticket counters (either within the train stations or travel agencies) up to 72 hours prior to the train’s departure.

The maximum number of seats for which a telephone reservation can be made under one name and one ID number is 6 people for the entire route, for which the reservation is made (even if during this route a change of trains is necessary).

Seats (tickets) under special offers, announced by TRAINOSE, are not for sale through the telephone reservation system.

Cancellations on telephone reservations may be made up to 72 hours prior to the train departure from the passenger boarding station.

Passengers entitled to any discounts are responsible for presenting the relevant documentation at the ticket counter. This documentation shall also be presented and available to the ticket control staff on board.
